Ba-Le Well Beauty Salon is a full-service hair and beauty salon owned and managed by Nick and Nguyet; a British and Vietnamese husband and wife team. The salon offers a comprehensive range of services for men and women, from styling, straightening, colouring and highlighting, manicures and pedicures, to waxing, facials, massage and make-up.
Ba-Le Well salon is named after the famous 10th century Ba Le Well (often mistakenly written as Bale Well) which is located next to the premises.
The business was set up in 1980 by Mrs Le, and was originally called Minh Hoang Beauty. It was one of Hoi An’s original hair and beauty businesses and has been providing beauty services to foreign visitors since their first arrival in the early 1990’s. Mrs Le trained her daughter, Miss Nguyet, to take over the family business.
Nguyet is one of Hoi An’s most experienced hair and beauty providers with over 24 years in the business. She is the beauty therapist and stylist of choice for a growing number of Hoi An’s foreign residents and international visitors.
Many of our customers think of our beauty salon as a place where they can get away and relax for awhile. If you need to relax after a hard day’s work, come join us for your haircut, hair colour and style while sharing in conversation with your trusted hairstylist.
We are centrally located in the historic old town area, only a few minutes walk from major hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions. Our Salon is on a small side lane running off the main Tran Hung Dao Street (next to 47 Tran Hung Dao) and just behind Le Loi Street.
Appointments are desirable to avoid delays (especially for hair cutting and colouring services) as we are regularly very busy. Book an appointment online, using the form on this website.
